John and Annette Athanasopoulos are a well-known family of restauranteurs in Boston and on the North Shore. (Brother's Deli and Salem Brewery) and now the Garden City Pub in Beverly. What was once an auto body repair shop behind Bertucci's has been renovated into a small restaurant/pub that has become extremely popular.
Garden City's menu really does have something for everyone. Entrees offered include vegetable and potato or rice: broiled haddock, ($16.95); marinated lamb shish kabob ($16.95) as well as many pasta dishes either with chicken, shrimp and scallops or vegetarian ($12.95-$22.95). Burgers in many variations range in price from $7.45-$9.95 and grilled chicken sandwiches are $7.95-$9.95. The appetizer selection is a diverse mix of seafood, chicken and nacho dishes and more that range in price from $8.95-$10.95. Just a few of our delicious salad entrees include grilled chicken caesar salad ($10.95), steak tip salad ($15.95), swordfish caesar ($14.95).
